DEPRECATING

This library is being deprecated and the functionality will be relocated to other libraries as a better fit.

We're re-aligning some of our libraries along Use Cases more than technology area. As part of that, some of the more "edge" libraries will have their functionality merged into other libraries where that function aligns better.
